Description:

Ethics are principles that govern the behavior of people while conducting an activity. Tax practitioners are governed by rules of ethical conduct and Due Diligence found in the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Circular 230. During this session, practitioners will review Circular 230, Due Diligence requirements, and the preparer penalty provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
